Template Website Guarantee

All of our template websites come with a 100% satisfaction guarantee.  Once your site is setup and goes live, you have four weeks (20 business days) to request a refund if you are unhappy with the website for any reason.  We will work with you to correct any problems with the site.  You may also choose to exchange your template for one of our other templates.   However, if you prefer a refund, we will issue a full reimbursement at that time.   Beyond 20 business days, all sales are final.

Bpizzy is not responsible for any monies paid to other services for domain registration and hosting costs tied to your template website.   The 100% guarantee only covers the cost of the template website.   Any services purchased on third party sites must be disputed with those companies.
